A product name is only a clue. FoodLabel brings artwork, specifications and catch evidence into one chain to resolve the actual species before reviewing Chinese naming and label fields.
A common product name may refer to more than one species, so the Latin name cannot be fixed from artwork alone.
Next evidence neededCheck the producer-declared Latin name in the product specification.
After identity and category are confirmed, the system looks for easily missed conditional fields such as catch dates, harvest periods, age groups and directions, then shows where each fact must be confirmed.
After species and harvest facts are confirmed, decide which fields belong in the label or project record.
Example fields are not universally mandatory for every product in the category; the system uses product facts and applicable requirements to flag what needs confirmation.
Traditional review requires locating versions, comparing pages and waiting for multiple handoffs. FoodLabel detects changes and dependencies first, narrowing review to the fields actually affected.

FoodLabel provides Chinese-label fields that can be reviewed and completed. Typography, placement, print and packaging fit remain part of artwork and final review.
