01

Product not eligible for import

Country, category and producer must all remain within active access scope.

02

Ingredient use not compliant

Verify every food-use basis, then assess additives against the actual category.

03

Registration does not match packaging

Name, address, number, site and approved category must match.

Do not stop at the registration number: match the actual site, registered entity and approved product category against the artwork.

04

Nutrition declaration errors

Align basis and units before recalculating rounding, NRV% and energy.

Check source-value extraction, per-100 g/ml versus per-serving bases, zero thresholds and rounding order; then independently verify NRV%, energy and tolerances.

05

Character height non-compliant

Measure character height on the final artwork at true scale.

Beyond Chinese-versus-foreign sizing, verify net-content height, bold or 3 mm warnings, and category-specific display text.

06

Name obscures the product's true nature

State the food's true nature separately from its brand name.

07

Mandatory declarations incomplete

Combine general, import-specific and category-triggered declarations.

Lists, registrations and standards can change

This page builds pre-shipment review awareness and does not guarantee access or release for a specific product. Formal decisions require the category, origin, formula, process, effective standards and current official information.
