Service scope
FoodLabel provides evidence organization, admissibility and label pre-screening, reports and label drafts. Pre-screening does not replace final decisions by regulators, customs or accountable professionals.
Accounts and evidence
Users must provide lawful account information and product evidence they are entitled to process, and keep it complete, legible and current.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful content, infringement, system interference, access-control circumvention or unauthorized bulk access.
Outcomes and responsibility
Outcomes rely on submitted evidence and applicable rules. Users remain responsible for required review before sourcing, print, filing and shipment.
Service changes
Features, scope and fees may evolve; material user-facing changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
