Clear your food admissibility and GB compliancebefore you ship
FoodLabel combines automated analysis with specialist services to review China admissibility and GB labeling before declaration, then generates Chinese-label content for further review and artwork.
From your materials to a Chinese label, in five gates
The container moves down the rail gate by gate — each one spells out Input → what the AI does → Output, structured and traceable. This is a pre-ship check, not a substitute for customs clearance.

More than AI: our compliance experts review for you
AI does the work, experts sign off
Once the AI finishes the pre-check and generates the label, our compliance expert team reviews the results (the Chinese label included) by hand — verifying the admissibility verdict, the mandatory label fields, and nutrition and additive compliance — and releases it only once everything checks out. Two layers of review, so you can rely on it.
Four capabilities behind every pre-check
From classification to release, every step rests on continuously updated, fully covered knowledge of China import compliance.
Capability 01 · Food Classification
The FoodLabel classification engine places your product on the exact GB food category code — classification is the premise for every admissibility and compliance rule downstream, so one wrong step throws off the rest.
GB category mappingCapability 02 · Full Admissibility-list Matching (12 categories)
Covers 12 categories of customs admissibility lists — meat / aquatic / dairy / bee / bird's nest / casings / plant-derived and more — layered with animal-disease status and overseas-registration eligibility, matched in real time.
12 lists + disease status + eligibilityCapability 03 · Live GB and List Updates
GB standards and admissibility lists track official updates continuously, so every pre-check runs on the version in force today — never on expired rules.
In force · continuously trackedCapability 04 · Selectable Label-rule Edition
Choose and lock either the 2011 or 2025 edition of GB 7718 / GB 28050 before each run. Admissibility, ingredients and additives follow their own applicable rules.

What we do, and what we don't
Clear boundaries build trust — FoodLabel judges only the food itself on admissibility + compliance, and tells you plainly what we support, what we don't yet, and what falls outside our remit.
Ordinary prepackaged foods, plus the main animal- and plant-derived categories covered by customs admissibility lists.
- Ordinary prepackaged foods
- Meat categories on the admissibility lists
- Aquatic categories on the admissibility lists
- Dairy / bee / bird's nest list categories
- Casings / plant-derived and other list categories
Special foods follow their own regulations and approval paths, and are out of scope for now.
- Health (functional) foods
- Drugs / medicines
- Foods for special dietary uses, functional foods
- Foods for special medical purposes (FSMP)
- Infant formula and other special foods
We judge only the food itself on admissibility + compliance; the following are outside our remit.
- No company licensing / qualifications
- No customs declaration paperwork
- No logistics or tariffs
- No on-site port inspection
- Does not replace the final customs decision
FoodLabel is a pre-ship compliance check. Its value is settling the two things about the food itself that most often trigger rejection — admissibility and compliance — before you file customs. It is not a clearance service, and it does not replace the final customs decision.
